Refund eligibility relies upon the fare policies and particular cancellation and refund terms associated with your booking.

Consumer-initiated cancellations can be subject to fees or deductions based on the fare class and time of cancellation. These deductions are calculated at the time the booking is created.

Refunds are also applicable in cases of provider failures, which include issues such as flight overbooking, involuntary cancellations, or major schedule adjustments initiated by the airline or service provider.

Time Spent Processing

Once a refund request is submitted, processing typically takes between 7 to 14 working days.

However, delays may also arise due to third-party payment systems, verification procedures, or refund policies imposed by providers such as hotels, airlines, or car rental organizations.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their bank or payment issuer for any refund updates.

Charge Reversal

All approved refunds will be credited back using the original payment method used during the booking.

Refunds cannot be transferred to a different account or issued through alternative methods.

In cases where the original payment method is no longer active or valid, customers should notify the support team immediately to explore possible alternatives, if approved by the provider.

Partial Cancellations

If only a part of the reservation is canceled, the refund will be processed based on the unused services, in accordance with the specific policies of the service provider.

This may include one leg of a round-trip flight, a shortened hotel stay, or unused travel add-ons.

Partial refunds are only applicable when the services are distinct and independently priced.

Non-refundable Reservations

Some reservations, particularly promotional or discounted bookings, are marked as non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for such bookings unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Customers are advised to carefully review all booking terms and add-ons before confirming the reservation, especially in the case of low-cost or last-minute deals.

Additional Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following instances:

  • No-shows without prior cancellation notice.
  • Failure to meet check-in or boarding requirements.
  • Misuse of coupons or promo codes during the booking process.
  • Cancellation requests made after the service period has begun or ended.
