The full form of SSC is Staff Selection Commission. SSC is a government-
operated organization who conducts various exams to recruit for various posts of departments, ministries and government offices. SSC provides awesome opportunities to youth to get various posts offered by the central government. They conduct lots of exams every year and lakhs of candidates give exams to get a good scope of a bright future. Earlier SSC was named as a subordinated service commission.
SSC Full form
Staff selection the commission was founded in 1975. Their task is to conduct exams and select staff for Group B and C posts.

CHSL Exam
Full form of CHSL Exam is Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam. Applicants should be 12 th pass or more for this exam. This exam is for DEO data entry operator, SA/PA sorting assistants and postal assistants, LDC lower divisional clerk and count clerk.
CGL Exam
Full form of CGL Exam is Combined Graduate Level Exam. This exam is conducted every year. For this exam, the applicant should be graduates. They conduct four rounds in this exam. First two rounds are taken online, third one is descriptive exam and the last one is of skill test.
JE Exam
Full form of JE Exam is Junior Engineer Exam. After clearing this exam applicants get appointments for the junior engineer in mechanical, civil, quantity surveying and contracts and electrical departments of government organizations, ministries and departments.
GD Exam
Full form of GD Exam is General Duty Exam for Constables. This exam is conducted for appointing constables for various departments i.e. BSF, SSF, CISF, NIA, ITBP, SSB, CRPF. This is conducting for hiring rifleman too for Assam rifles.
CPO Exam
Full Form of CPO exam is Central Police Organization Exam. CPO exams are for recruiting Sub-inspector in CAPFs (Central Armed Police Forces, Delhi Police and Assistant Sub-inspector in CISF.
MTS Exam
Full form of MTS Exam is Multitasking Staff Exam. This exam is conduct for recruiting various multitasking staff for various posts in central government offices and departments.
Eligibility
Education qualification for candidates for being eligible for giving few of the exams listed above is 12 th from a recognized board and for few other candidates should be graduate.
Age limit
For some posts candidate should be 18 to 30.
